Key Responsibilities:-

The Ecommerce Marketplace Channel Manager will create and manage product listings, product advertisements on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Tatacliq, Flipkart etc. and grow sales in these channels to meet overarching company goals. The position will develop and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional team members in a fast-paced and dynamic company

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Creating, revising, improving, and effecting current and new workflows that comply with the channel’s business process rules and streamline the transaction cycle without compromising the quality of customer experience
  • Working directly with the channel’s representatives and business units to expand Zoro’s presence, maintain functionality, and increase the strategic opportunity
  • Owning the customer experience for customers converting through the channel
  • Implementing SKU expansion campaigns
  • Producing weekly and monthly reports on company financial performance and key performance indicators
  • Identifying key trends, issues, and root causes and make recommendations for improvements
